I used to have a Winchester model 100 in 284 got rid of it because what ammo I found was so much I didn’t want to shoot it.

I posted odd caliber ammo on here for sale pretty frequently. Just no one wants to pay market rate for lobster so they order the shrimp basket. lol

I was able to grab 2 boxes of .35 Remington last week. I will be shooting large holes through deer this year. On the other hand my .444 and 35 Whelen will be dormant this year.

Exactly this! I ended up having to purchase some 284 Win ammo from California and have it shipped here. It's embarrassing what I spent but im excited to shoot it

That’s why I sold my 284 it’s a great caliber but ammo is hard to find and expensive
