I was looking at a rifle in 35 Remington but passed because of the ammo situation.
All of them.
Since I don’t have any guns or ammo, I’ll be hunting with my bare hands
There's always ammo available. It may just be a few bucks more per round than you're used to and it may not be at your local gun store or sporting good super center. But if you're not scared of that scary internet thing you can get all the ammo you want.
I'm still looking for all of my guns that were lost in my boating accident........

Exactly this! I ended up having to purchase some 284 Win ammo from California and have it shipped here. It's embarrassing what I spent but im excited to shoot it
