Grilled cheese

That's what I served up to my 4 y.o. boy this afternoon. He stayed home sick and dad took good care of him.

Nahh. Tomato on a grilled cheese with mayo is on the money. You can do without but that is a good combo. Want a good grilled cheese? Try some Jalapeno Havarti. No mayo, no nothing. Just a killer grilled cheese. Try it with some chili. Not cheap cheese but worth it for a good sandwich.
