The open fields doctrine applies on your personal property if the government operates outside the Area associated with the home. It’s a reasonable expectation of privacy issue under 4th amendment. I don’t agree with it even as a police officer who teaches search and seizure. Suggestion that every trail cam put on your property should have a butthole on em.....

You take one of these and keep it pointed the spy camera and it won't see a thing until you castrate it. Damned awesome spotlight. I've got one...it's truly awesome...
