good luckI will be headed to Piedmont in the morning with my brother and son as the 1st hunt is Thursday thru Saturday.
I haven't been in a few years so may ride down there today to look around. It's only 20 minutes from the house.
Remember , Do not tag your deer as these do not count toward your state total. They will issue you a special tag when you check your deer in.
Feel free to give up your secret honey hole.
Back in the day I hunted Ogeechee WMA and always scored with my Smoke Pole.
I hunted ogeechee many times also. Was the earliest you could hunt with any thing but bow.
I always hunted behind the check in station by the Equestrian farm. I was legal to jump the fence and hunt to the creek. Killer spot to hunt.
The area we hunted they lost after it was downsized I can’t remember the road it was off but the creek was one of the lines.we always saw deer and I took several with muzzle loader too
