BIKER13 I spoke with the officer this morning and he told me to trash the ticket and consider it a warning... I never gave anyone I spoke with my name.

I would follow up with the court to make sure, he has already proven his competence.

if he just tells the judge that he spoke with everyone on ODT and we all agreed it aint his problem cause the name is wrong I bet the judge would be forced to dismiss the ticket.
