Read that. If he were an adult at the time, it’s just another bad decision. If he were a kid, we do stupid stuff and it’s mostly understandable.

Pellet gun? I don't think so.
So they get in an argument and the guy leaves. Homeowner is concerned enough that he calls the police to report it so they're on the lookout for the now deceased guy who apparently felt compelled to return. So many bad decisions....

I don't see how he is screwed.
He shot and unarmed man who was sitting in his car on a public street 13 times.
Sounds like he took the law into his own hands and now has to pay the price.
How do you "Fear for your life" during an argument that had no weapon drawn on you or other physical actions taken ?
