The man left and then came back ....... Why !!! it is easy to assume he went to arm himself ..........

If he'd got out of the car brandishing a gun it'd be a completely different situation.

No mention of him having a weapon or leaving his car.

No idea… wasn’t there. I just saw where years before this incident, he shot someone with a pellet gun so they’re going to be harder on him.

If you think you can persuade a jury that you were legitimately in fear for your life because you chose to remain outside your home while someone curses at you from inside their car, parked on the public street, with no weapon visible, go right ahead and practice your mag dump.
