There isn't. Probably because SC requires you to have training before they issue a carry permit and GA doesn't

Non-resident Florida permits don't even have reciprocity with South Carolina even though you have to go through the same course requirements to get a Florida permit as you do a South Carolina permit.

Has to be more than the class involved, NC requires an 8 hour safety class and range qualification
