When she disputed the charges, neckbeard went to the local judge, and took out a warrant for her for "theft of services".

Story didn't mention banjos playing in the background.

That has probably happened several times. The only way he feels he has any ‘power’ is to goad people when they sign these trap contracts.
It takes a weasel to steal from folks that way. Its sort of “anonymous” power to him. Makes him feel special when he beats someone for a couple hundred bucks.
