I got a forge and anvil a couple of weeks ago from another member and decided to give forging a go. These are my first 2 trys. I need a better belt grinder for beveling...

Looks good! I've been wanting to get into knife making but don't have the time. I just live vicariously through watching Forged In Fire.
Thanks! It is very time consuming, the big knife has about 15 hours in it since I had no clue what I was doing. The mini cleaver took about 3 hours start to finish

Good start. I've wanted to try it out so bad. I just know it's another hobby that will sit around collecting dust. I'm also sure that some of the ones that you see on forged in fire as bad as they look, mine would look so much worse.

Have you burned all the hair off your arms yet? Lost your eyebrows?
You are working with stuff way hotter than I want to be around.
You have my greatest respect for taking on this skill set.
