Dude...too much pressure to manifold
Before you go spending money on a turbo kit, have your muffler guy take the exhausts off from the cat back and put on straight pipes, and then open up the air intake, and get a Predator tune.
Thats the cheapest and easiest way to boost the HP on your engine.

Hey now, there is some truth to that. My F250 is a turd until turbo is spooled. I need a preturbo for the turbo.

No way I would waste money going and putting a turbo on this.
The "racing cat" that I had on my Integra made a world of difference. I also had cold air intake and free(er) flowing exhaust (read: fart can), but no programmer. These few mods made a lot of difference. Not, turbo/NOS, nuts in your throat difference, but enough that the same car (my brother's) w/o the mods couldn't touch mine.
