Does anyone collect baseball cards anymore?

Over the holidays, I started cleaning out my gun and misc storage closet. I have a whole box of baseball cards from my childhood to include a complete set of the Braves from the early 90's, newspaper clippings about the Braves, and a signed ball. And a lot of other misc cards too, some unopened, like cracker jack prizes, Desert Storm cards, Terminator 2 collector cards, and Cutler cigarette playing cards. I don't know what its worth, where to sell it, or who would want it? Any ideas? Part of me says to just keep it, "it'll be worth something one day", but I hate hanging on to stuff I don't use.

I don't think cards from the '90s will ever be as valuable as the cards from the previous era were... just too many of them out there... no rarity.

But I'm in the same boat... have 10k+ cards in a closet... just waiting on the money to appear.

Any photos you can provide? If most of the cards are from the 1980's & 1990's then the chances of what you have are mass produced and have very little monetary value. There's exceptions to the rule in the case of star players from each sport. I've collected over the years and might be able to give some better feedback if you have some photos to post.

If you decide to get rid of your Braves stuff, I'd be interested. I teach 8th grade Georgia Studies and we talk about the Braves with Ivan Allen Jr. My classroom is decorated with cool stuff from Ga history.

Does anyone remember these Desert Storm Cards?

I have a bunch of those and news paper clippings from Desert Storm.

I'm in the same boat. Have boxes full of cards and even comic books that I would hate to throw away but in reality probably aren't worth much to anyone.
