DIY upgrade for your backpack

i came up with a simple upgrade that took no time to do. It will make almost any external frame backpack modular. You can add, remove and swap out pouches at will.

In this video I added WAAAY more than you should need to just to give an idea of what you can do

I LIKE the idea, because my family Alice packs have the metal farm, I use a Special Forces Back that was issued in my last deployment to Saudi Arabia. But, I tell you what I do like is that Back support desert color you had in the video. By, the way I still waiting on my Flashlights it's a 4-6 wait time.

The only problem is that when you lean back or to the side, all that stuff shifts downward, which can throw off your balance. And then there is trying to run with all that stuff flopping around.

Maybe some velcro to keep it from sliding around on the belt?

I added a back pack to a back pack to go way over the top showing you could add what ever you want. I would (in reality) only add a couple of quick access bags (smaller pouches) for things you want to be able to get at quickly (rain poncho, gloves, flashlight, etc...)
