Valentines Day dinner. Filets and Speck wrapped asparagus. Sautéed baby Bella’s and blackened shrimp on the side. The filets were what I cut off the Kroger tenderloin.

That was Parm crusted asparagus (airfryer), garlic mash potatoes, tx toast, and filets that were rubbed with olive oil, butter, salt/pepper/garlic. Onions too.

I've been in a eating rut the last couple of weeks so I decided to kick it up a notch tonight.
Shrimp Alfredo with Marsalis Chicken breast, seasoned butterfly porkchop stuffed with Italian sausage, mushrooms and Mozzarella cheese and a few cheese sticks to fill out the plate.
