I still dont see how the law is violated if I buy a car and then sell it for more. The law quoted above does not prevent me from buying one today and selling it tomorrow.
 
I love when people complain about a dealer making money on a car. It's no different than when you go to a department store to by groceries, soap, TV, etc... Those stores have far more markup than a dealer ever has. Except car dealers may only sell 100-600 cars a month, whereas a store like Target or Walmart sells millions of products. I guess some can't handle others trying to make a living. :-(

I think it only prevents you from doing that more than 5 times in one year. You're only allowed to change your mind about the car you drive 5 times, then it's time to pay the beast.
