if it shutting down your accessories i would say its a hardware problem and its the motherboard going kaput. time to just buy a new one. There is a Micro center in Marietta i recommend they can set you up.
and also in the computer industry, as far as laptops go, is is VERY rare to find someone willing a repair. it is cheaper and faster to just buy a new one. those little pc repair shops prob wont take it, and if they do they are just gonna hold on to it for a week and call you with a labor bill and tell you they cant fix it. but they have a new one they can sell you lol.
if it was a desktop, you can narrow the faulty part down and replace just the faulty part.
You can order one from BestBuy and their nerds can come set it up for you.
There is no cheap solution unless you know someone computer literate that can help you.
