Made one of my smallest pots of chili for dinner last night since it’s just me and my wife at home.
Ate some just now for lunch and, of course, it was better than last night.
I just saw a recipe on Recteq’s website for chili where you put all the ingredients, except the beef, in a Dutch oven and put that in your smoker. Then, you mix the beef with your seasonings, and put them on a rack over the chili pot and cook for 2 hours. Then, you put the beef into the chili pot for the final 1/2 hour. Sounds interesting.
