it's the idea that the con trails you see in the sky are not just condensation from passing through a 1200+ degree set of spinning turbines igniting a mix of kerosene and gasoline but some type of mind control or otherwise detrimental chemical being sprayed in the air by a conspiracy of airlines, pilots, the government, and jet engine manufacturers.
