BTW, according to CBP taking a picture of a federal agent or a federal building is punishable by a 10K fine and 10 years in jail. So ya'll be careful and watch what pictures you are taking at the Mall in DC on your next vacation.

Sounds like Beirut when I was there. I was told that I would be in trouble if I took pictures or video of the soldiers, which are everywhere, while I was touring the city.

Good thing federal agents are more important than the average American..
