Well, we ran out of Ball canning jars, so I picked up some pure garbage Anchor Hocking quart canning jars at Walmart. This is what you get for not purchasing a quality product. My beautiful wife will redo these in the morning after she buys a quality product. Please spread the word.

I am thinking lids. The case they came in says American made glass since 1905.

Yes, typical 1 piece lid like all canning lids. just hand tighten the ring and place in the pressure canner. I have done this thousands of time without a failure like this garbage.

I have never used a 1 piece lid. Didn't even know they made them. Raised using and have always used a 2 piece: ring and lid...

My mistake. 1 lid and 1 ring so I guess you would call it a 2 piece.
