I have a HK p30 sk v3 listed and I marked it gone. I had it posted on another site. Can I relist it or do I,have to wait 72 hrs?

I had a buyer back out on another item recently...said he would take it...then a day later says " I am not comfortable with cash, I would like to trade" goes on to accuse me of mis-representing my item and says he doesn't want to get mods involved. Would I have a case against this guy?
Take that **** to trial!! Sounds like negative FB to me!!
Never understood why so many people get hung up on people changing their minds.
If you offer to take it, you cannot back out,the trust you earn is based on doing what you say you will,change your mind before you make the bid,,,Neg feedback saves the rest of us from the grief
of dealing with people who are always changing there minds,even when you think its ok.
If your on the fence do not COMMIT to a deal!
I think you can just go in and pull up your listing and hit "reopen listing".
