I'm going to wait 30 days or so and see what shakes out.

SAF already said they would go for an immediate injunction and file suit as soon as it was active. I believe FPC said something similar.

I'm really doubtful this rule will stand, although if there's no injunction it may end up like the bump stock rule, getting reversed too late to do anyone any good.
