It's funny you say that, I spent the millennium new years in Los Angeles as part of a nationwide effort for a major retailer to assist if their building management systems went offline due to Y2K. We thought that it was hilarious, got a big bonus for being there. I guess every generation has their irrational worries... I don't ever recall needing a "Safe Space" though.
