I met @howie today and we traded guns. I picked one of his cerakoted guns he had listed. I traded my FN for it. We had a nice conversation, and parted ways.
I went to the range today and shot the gun, and the trigger floating pin came out during the first mag. And on top of that the trigger would not reset.
To cut the story short, I texted Howie, and he offered a full return of my item. I couldn't really drive due to my study schedule, and work and school. So, he offered me $100 for my troubles. I really couldn't accept that, being that I already had a fair trade worked out with him. Needless to say, we agreed to just ordered some new parts for the gun, which should fix whatever the issue is.
If it was someone else, I feel like they would have told me "ohh well", but I know Howie couldn't have foreseen this issue, and went out of his way to try to make me feel better.
And for that I'm saying thank you Howie for being an upstanding member of the community.
