Just my choice, but I generally go for economy. Pistol- Bullseye followed by Unique. .223- Reloader 7 (because I hate dealing with full cases from 20+ grain powder charges. Re7 is more like 15-17 grains and always has space left over in the case). I don't reload 7.62x39- no first hand advice there.
