You can listen to the guy from Acworth, GA or the guy from Lafayette, LA about Cajun seasoning. Too subtle? OK, you can use the Cajun seasoning from Baltimore, MD or the seasoning from Opelousas, LA. Choose carefully.I don't care for Tony to salty. McCormick is really close. You will enjoy.
