Bacon, brown sugar, cajun wrapped chicken

I don't care for Tony to salty. McCormick is really close. You will enjoy.
You can listen to the guy from Acworth, GA or the guy from Lafayette, LA about Cajun seasoning. Too subtle? OK, you can use the Cajun seasoning from Baltimore, MD or the seasoning from Opelousas, LA. Choose carefully. ;)

Just :boink: Bullfrog. By the way, we use Tony's on frog legs too. ;)

I love Frog legs and gator, with mud bugs on the side!

"Creole" is more fancy. There's no real difference when it comes to commercialization of 'Cajun' or 'Creole' anything. Basically it's just hot. TOO hot. Cajun food is about a lot more than cayenne pepper. In any case....
If you want a good all around Cajun/Creole seasoning, get a container of this.

It's sold everywhere, Kroger, Publix, even WalMart.

It's "magic" dust and it's a staple down there and used on most everything. :hungry:
Tony's is a staple around here. I even like it in scrambled eggs.

I hate most Cajun seasonings. If I want hot, I'll pull out the ground cayenne.

The only thing to use is Tony's!

If you want more spice, they make a spiced up version too.
