I went and picked up a stock pot this evening. Cooked it in two batches and have now combined the two in the stock pot. Now waiting for it to cool so I can add the everclear.

How cool should it be?

in odt style I purchased some ammo while at Wal-Mart and I sliced my apples with my spyderco pm2

Bottling. Used three 1/2 gallon Jim Beam bottles (I like Jim Beam) and one of the Apple Juice bottles.

What is the best way to store and serve this? I had some while it was still warm and it was like "adult" apple cider.
