Anyone part of the GPAA?

I've been thinking of joining the Gold Prospectors Association of America in the spring. Any members here? I've been trying to find out how many claims they have here in Ga. I know that there's one in Buchanan somewhere, but that's all I've heard of.

Theres a Gold Museum near me that has a lot of info about gold prospecting, they actually have a gold mine you can tour.
I was there covering it for a newspaper story and an old guy was there talking about the GPPA and sharing his stories of panning and digging, he was in his early 90's.

I think that is the only one left, I would look into the weekend gold miners, they have 2 or 3
