I figured I’d share my little collection. Over the past few years my journey with bourbon (....was that a fancy way of saying alcoholism?) has evolved and over last Christmas i decided to turn my storage room in my shop into a bourbon tasting room. With over 170 bottles in the bar my friends and I always have a few nice picks.

Let’s talk bourbon - cheers

Very nice and I see many I enjoy!

Attended a virtual tasting the other day where they sent us 10oz tasters....5 of them and they had a professional taster host the meeting. 1.5 hours of bourbon history and tasting. By the end of the meeting we were all having a grand old time. Awesome time!

Have you been to Kentucky and done the bourbon trail?

btw, old forester 1920 is one of my favs. Saw it on your shell.

when can I come and join you and experience your awesome tasting room?:)

That virtual tasting sounds pretty cool. It’s a lengthy story but myself and 2 neighbors were about to launch a bourbon themed podcast prior to COVID, but things are on delay now. But, we did have a bourbon trail trip lined up with a few private tours of some of our favorite distilleries. It’s still going to happen, we’re just not sure when.

1920 is certainly one of my favorites - especially for that price and pretty easily found.

I’ll let ya know when we do a larger tasting and throw out some invites.
