anyone ever had this happen?

this is the muzzle end of my osprey 45. this happened not long after i got it. i shoot 45acp and 40sw through it all the time and it hasn't caused any type of problems. im just wondering if this has happened to anyone else's suppressors?

yeah, im thinking maybe one of the baffles had a bur on it or something from the factory.

Wow I didn't notice it at first glance. Can you tell if its doing it all the time or it happened once? Yeah I'm curious what ammo you were using. I would like to avoid!

I found freedomunitions 9mm subsonic is quiet!!!!! I'd give freedom .40 and .45 a try! I'm getting m osprey here soon sometime next month! I can't wait to put it up against my TiRant!
