Fast internet but the worst cable ever in the history of ever! Tech support is in India and I cannot communicate with them. So very disappointed in my decision. It will be great they said.................

I use Xfinity for my Internet, very slow.
I ditched their service
I use them for internet now, waiting on Google to get up and running here.

My Internet is humming pretty good. No more lagging when the kids are playing vids at the same time. I can actually watch netflix now without irritation but the cable sucks! Delays changing channels and the remotes are pieces of junk. On the third one in 2 weeks because they quit working. Maybe it's me.....

Xfinity is certainly known for having THE worst customer service. We recently switched from Uverse to Charter. The internet is noticably faster but Charter's TV boxes and DVR capabilities seem to be from the 1990's. 
I guess that's why it's over $100 cheaper a month.
