Need to know age for my insurance co. They say 2003, I think they are about 10 years old.

By the looks of it I would guess 10-15 years. As said before, if you pull a shingle off there will be a stamp along the tar strip with the plant and make date. I will say in my experience the stamp sometimes is no longer there or legible.

How do the pipe boots look? That can be a good indicator of the age. The rubber collar breaks down and fails around 10 years.

Have been around roofing all my life. It’s hard to tell by the pictures, as mentioned though the plumbing boot seals will break down probably starting around 10 year mark. What he refered to as roll roofing appears to be a commercial grade torch grade modified bitumen and it’s a great product and will last many more years if it’s only 10. Are there a lot of granules in gutters? I would also guess 10 ish from what I see in pictures
