Any honest car repair shop in Acworth/Kennesaw?

That's funny. I'm still sore from the one time I took a car to them 3 years ago. They broke a stud taking a tire off my car to get easier access to the waterpump they were replacing. No big deal, just a 5 dollar stud right? Nope, charged me 150 bucks to replace it.

I might just change my own brake pads. Any non mechanics do that? If so, any problems? I watched YouTube and they do it under 10 minutes. Don't know if I can pay $180 for brake pad change.

That's what I'm thinking. Last time I had my brother changed them and he had his friend help and the pads wore down really fast. That's why IM hestitating. I'll do it again this time and see.

just pick up a Haynes and you shouldn't have any issues

I honestly don't remember. I bought them at NAPA for like $75 for 2 sets?

2 set meaning 4 pads, enough for the 2 front wheels only. I can't remember how much they were but I know they didn't last long and I bought it at NAPA.

I contacted Honda and they told me $80 for 2 front wheel pads.
