To me, there are still somethings that require that deep down, peanut oily, greasy Southern touch and I have a deep fryer for that, but I have used it less and less the past two years.

I use an osori combo one, fryer, toaster, oven, broil, dehydrator etc. Use it all the time for just me, heats up & cooks quickly.
