You can. You can put in how many miles from your zip code you want to search for. It's in the search menu at the top of every classifieds forum.

It doesn’t show that on mine. Maybe it’s a setting

This is what the top of the Rifle forum looks like on my end.

I use it to search a what's near me in a 30 mile radius all the time.
