$400 for 8lb jug of H4350?

I was browsing that other BST gun site whose name I will not speak and stumbled upon a jug of H4350 for $400.
I know that H4350 is unicorn fart and fairy dust rare, but is 50/lb the new going rate for this powder?

I'm on the exact opposite side of the state and have already started working up loads with staball since it is one of the few powders that seem to be available these days and under 200 for 8#.
