Searched the Internet info is just not out there.

So I worked up a load myself
6.7 gr accurate #7
Large pistol wolf primer
220 gr extreme plated flat point
Min charge 6.1 max load 7.1
I used mixed brass once and twice used good and bad shape
Glock 20 standard barrel
Shoot good should be subsonic but does not need to be
Dangerous pressure signs above 7.5. Accurate #7 seems to work well with heavy bullets if I wanted to brake the sonic barrier unique would be my powder choice at 3.8 gr to start super sonic is slightly above that and start at 3.6 but this did not shoot as good in my glock
 
On my search for data I read these post. These loads were care fully thought out and data from at least twenty sources. Before a narrowed a workable fomula up.
