12/24 cook!!!

We have listed our house for sale and I made the mistake of selling my green egg too soon lol.
So I went to Striplings General Store in Bogart and bought six big smoked pork chops...all they need is a few minutes on each side on my iron skillet and YUM. Fall off the bone tender with the great smoked flavor already there.
Mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli and cheese casserole and viola!
