Out for the evening sit. On my little food plot adjacent to bedding. I got in tight on it this evening. Hope the gamble pays off with a chance at a handgun deer!

Brought the 7mag for backup.

It was a beautiful morning. I heard a fair amount of shooting but only saw one spike in the hardwoods this morning.

I'm set up on a food plot this evening. There were 4 does waiting on me when i got here at 4:00. Hopefully they'll be back and bring something big with them.

Been back in the stand for 2 hours. Ain't seen nothing but woodpeckers so far. Hoping the 8 point I saw this morning makes the mistake of coming by again before dark.
