I can attest to the Stoeger Cougars, in Both 9mm and .40. Their Great Handguns. They are same as the Beretta 8000, Stoeger is Owned by Beretta, all they did was move their whole Factory to Turkey, and put it under the Stoeger Name. Exact same Machinery just a different name.
