Trot line set
Just keep at it. One day you will drag in a monster. We use to set trot lines in the red river on the Texas/ Oklahoma border. Massive cats and every know and then a monster alligator ghar. -

I have only went one time. Years ago but I don't know anyone else that does. The highlight of my trip and the most memorable fishing experience I have ever had was a 6 foot thresher shark. 6ft. without the tail. Awesome catch for me.
