I heard it again today, in the exact same specific grove of mature hickory and poplar. But today, instead of an elk bugle, it was just like a creaky door hinge but extremely loud. Five minutes on google later, I see it's normal for old dying trees to creak and moan and make all kinds of crazy...
I listened to youtube sounds of both of those woodpeckers, not even close. But there is a woodpecker in that same area because I have heard it pecking.
Somewhere near the top of an old growth poplar tree about 70 feet high, presumably a bird of some sort, but sounded exactly like an elk call, and almost as loud. I have already googled, it was not a loon. What bird (presumably) would make this sound? I have spent plenty of time outdoors in GA...
Thanks but the problem there is the stores around me that are listed dealers don't have it. They have the catfish formula, but not the "trophy" version and it's not even available to order.
I tried out the Purina Sport Fish I think it is called. It has small and medium pellets, and also about 50% of it is sinking, so it seems to be a suitable replacement for the Sportsman's Choice that I still can't find. Slightly less protein in the Purina. But this Purina still isn't carried in...
Upon further inspection of the photo, it looks photoshopped. Zero trash or debris on the shoulder. Every trailer is white. None of them appear to be a 53' trailer. There are zero non-truck vehicles in the supposed traffic jam. Looks very suspect and ****ty to me.
One of my former job roles was to coordinate shipping of hardware and the quotes and PO's and invoicing and whatnot. On multiple occassions I strongly considered getting a CDL. $5000 for a u-haul drive from ATL to Philadelphia is good money.
Other than some liberal talking points I have heard through liberal acquaintance, the only legit thing I heard was back when the cargo ships were all stranded offshore and then California had the bright idea to limit the number of out of state trucks that could cross their border, thus creating...
Pet sitters aren't always the right answer either. We had two beagles that completely destroyed the house with a pet sitter. Regarding boarding facilities, they aren't all the same. The good ones let the dogs out several times daily and have areas where well-behaved dogs can play with each other...
This is my exact product and method but I don't kick the mound over, the package says that can be counter-productive, so I just sprinkle it around the top and sides, and yes they love it like crack rock and the mound doesn't come back like I have seen with the watered-in products.
Pond hasn't been managed in a long time and I'm the new sheriff in town so to speak. The goal is to get the bluegill, which is the only real forage species in the pond, to get bigger faster which means they lay exponentially more eggs resulting in more fry and minnows for the overpopulated bass...
