    3 out of 4 of my latest deals were with newbies, 2 of them signed up that day. Take the good with the bad, all comms on PM, and no deal till firm price, time , and place set. Until then they are just window shopping. And, do not forget, they can show and still turn down the deal without...

    Born in the mid 90s? I got socks older than that. By the time I was your age, I was already into my 3rd career, and still making some residuals from the first 2. Life is hard, most people won't step up and take it on, instead they just give a string of excuses.
