    Nothing compares to my home made eggrolls. Takes at least half a day to make them, and you have to eat them shortly after you pull them from the fryer, but I can eat them till I pop. Tried to freeze them, and tried to cook ahead of time, both were nogo. Hot from the fryer is the way to go.

    I found a place that ships frozen shrimp. Biloxi Shrimp Co. Excellent quality and several sizes available. I got 13 to 15 per pound, peeled and deveined, they were HUGE. I will buy tailless next as it goes better in my receipe. Great for gifts.

    There is a little hole in the wall place in Buckhead Ga (the town, not Atlanta) that has the best BBQ I have had in Ga. Nothing compares to good Eastern NC BBQ, but this is close. I knew it would be good when I saw the cooker out by the street, chained to a power pole!

    There are 2 of us that cook. One is a "dragger". It is far more harmonious to tell her the cast iron is bad for the stove, if you catch my drift.

    I.like cast iron and have some nice pans, but my stove instructions (glass top) says to avoid using them SS is what is recommended.

    Quality stainless is the way to go. No problem with sticking, been using the same pans 12+ years. Olive oil is your friend, as well.
