Cool find, would make a good display. Had a 1943 case seperate on me, split down the base of the case and shot hot gas at me. Scared the crap out of me. I won't shoot anymore ancient brass after that.
I was looking it over a second time to see where the barrel gone, or that it was a replica, or something that I had missed. Amazing price, amazing piece. Never been so close to pulling the trigger on a 1k handgun.
Very cool! Interesting design. Do you know if they intended for the magazine to be changed during operations, or loaded from the top like an enfield? I see they have strippers, was this the primary means?
