    Since we are on the topic, I've got a triangle 26 cowboy companion that was neutered, but came with a blade and stock I believe for the blade. I'll have to see if the stock is numbered. Seems odd if they didn't make many with the blade type.

    I agree. Any allure is gone when the cheap ammo is gone. I made sure to have enough to make the rifle purchase worth it.

    I agree about a Garand or rare generic C&R being the only ones I would not want to see altered. I'm currently sanding on a Colt 1908 .380. Just have to trust that it was to that point as i didn't take before pictures.
