Blue book of gun values says $5500 in 100% condition if it is a Superposed grade 1 1960-1972 manufacture. Earlier version were only available in 12 or 20 ga.
3-5 thousand on the rifle depending on whether it is a grad III or grade IV. If it has scroll engraving it is grade III, animal engraving is grade IV. Those are based on 100% condition.

A 9mm cartridge (9X19) projectile is .355" in diameter, oddly enough the .380 (9X17) is .355" diameter. 9mm Makarov (9X18)is .365" diameter. The case wall of the .380 is thinner than the 9mm.
Nothing really dangerous about it. Problem is, rimless cartridges head space on the end of the case so, maybe the cartridge gets pushed a little deep and the firing pin won't set off the primer or maybe the extractor holds it in place and it shoots just fine. I wouldn't think twice about doing...
SOLGW sells the exact same trigger under the name "fighting trigger", made by Schmidt Industries. ALG also has one called the Advanced Combat Trigger, same thing.
Oh, I have had parts missing from parts kits but I hardly classify that as a problem with their firearms. It is a problem with employees not putting the right parts in the bag and it happens with most any company that I have dealt with, which is quite a few BTW. There are very few if any...
I would say no but anything is possible. I have a Model 36-1 that is hard chrome with target sights. The seller swore it was stainless but it isn't. I should have returned it but I like it regardless of what it is.
