  1. Experience with the m&p 2.0 compact

Owned mine since 2017 when they came out. Sold the Glocks and never plan to go back.
  2. Which CLP is best?

You get used to it. 😅
  3. Which CLP is best?

Ballistol. I put that sh*t on everything.
  4. My wife is a traitor…

I have a 642 but she doesn’t like it. Says revolvers feels weird in her hand. 😔
  5. AR15 Newbie- Smith Wesson M&P Sport II or Colt Expanse CE2000 for first timer

Ah, got you. In that case, I’d buy the cheaper of the two. Spend that extra on ammo and shoot it.
  6. My wife is a traitor…

So my wife has had her CCW a few years now and I’ve tried to get her to carry more and more as time goes on. Lately, she’s been doing more work in the jungle (Atlanta) so she’s been wanting something with her more often. She’s been carrying my Kahr PM9 in her purse but hates shooting it and her...
  7. AR15 Newbie- Smith Wesson M&P Sport II or Colt Expanse CE2000 for first timer

Edit: upon looking further, the Expanse doesn’t seem to have a dust cover, forward assist, or rear sight. That would definitely make me take the Smith.
  8. Colt 6940 Monolithic Carbine

Well what’s he gonna use it for? Is it gonna sit in a safe and only come out to show off to friends? There are more Gucci options that will impress them more. Is he gonna be a one rifle man that trains and works it hard regularly? It’s good for that but there are better ones for the money...
  9. Colt 6940 Monolithic Carbine

Good rifle but outdated and you can get a rifle just as good or better for less or the same money.
  10. Happy 308 Day, and a new record!

Impossible. Had to be the new 6.5ABC-300 Legend.
  11. Semi auto or O/U ?

Longer is in fashion right now but it’s all personal preference. Whatever swings and balances best in your hand will work just fine. Shorter barrels will be quicker and whippier, longer barrels will be slower but smoother. I like 30” for an all around gun.
  12. Muzzle loaders... not the kind for hunting

Yep. It took exactly one cleaning session for me to give up on muzzle loaders. Had a Hawken and it was solid though.
  13. PSA is the bestest

Best I could gather, it was shot over 2-3 outings, never more than 3 consecutive mags (90 rounds) on full auto, and lubrication (but not cleaning) as needed.
  14. PSA is the bestest

This was my thoughts. It’s their lowest end offering and ran 6k rounds auto and suppressed without a major failure. Pretty good and better than I expected. And just to note, I own no PSA products so definitely not trying to make myself feel better.
  15. PSA is the bestest

Alright, I wouldn’t say that. But this test did make me think more of them.
  16. Recommendations on 11.5" AR

BCM pioneered the 11.5” snd is always in the discussion of top quality ARs so I’d look at their offerings.
  17. Well worn or beat up firearms pic thread

    This thread must live!
  18. 30 Super Carry ?

It’s fascinating but no reason it should cost more than 9mm. I swear ammo manufacturers want new products to fail.
  19. Well worn or beat up firearms pic thread

    Nice KISS rifle
