    The 5 dollar bill in question was signed by C. Douglas Dillion who was at Treasury Dept. from 1961 to 1965. It is NOT a silver certificate, so that dates it to 1964 or 65. US went "off" silver in 1964....thanks, LBJ you worthless bastard. Hey, hey LBJ, how many boys you killed today?
